Comox Valley Community Foundation
Through a Community Enrichment Grant, the Comox Valley Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of Courtenay are generously contributing towards "Programming and opportunities to support and strengthen our diverse community."
Adopt-a-School
The need for food security for many children and their families is greater than ever. The Vancouver Sun Children’s Fund Societies Adopt-a-School funding helps towards the cost of food for our free salad bar, after school snacks, and nutrition programs.
Kapalka Family Foundation
The Kapalka Family Foundation generously supports LTCES, helping to fund programs that enrich our community, foster learning, and provide meaningful opportunities for youth and adults alike. Their contribution makes a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve, allowing our programs to grow and thrive.
Comox Valley Food Bank
The Comox Valley Food Bank is a key partner, providing essential support for our free salad bar, after-school snacks, and food pantry program. We could not offer the breadth of our food programs without their support and partnership.
Youth Climate Corps.
LTCES partners with Youth Climate Corps and the City of Courtenay in our community garden, giving young people hands-on, paid opportunities to lead local climate action. This collaboration provides valuable metourship and nurtures youth leadership while supporting climate resilience.
Rotary Soup Days
Each month, the Rotary Club of Comox gathers in the Lake Trail Foods Room to prepare a soup that complements our free salad bar. All ingredients and labour are generously donated.
Elarton Point Strategies
As a supporter of LTCES, Elarton Point Strategies has provided strategic planning services, and donations towards programs. We thank them for this incredible mentoring.
Comox Valley Regional District
LTCES supports youth, families, and community members across the regional district. We’re proud to be a recipient of a Rural Community Grant, which helps us offer free programs for youth.
The Maja Foundation
The Maja Foundation at Calgary Foundation generously supports LTCES, helping us deliver programs that enrich our community and make a positive impact in people’s lives. We are so appreciative of their support.
Comox Valley Arts
The Arts Council partners with us on the arts component of our free weekly Community Drop-In Nights, where community members are invited to create art with a local artist facilitator at no cost. These weekly evenings are a highlight for many in the community.
Courtenay Recreation
The City of Courtenay partners with us on our Community Drop-In Nights, sending a recreation staff member to join our team for weekly gym sessions. We are deeply grateful for this support, which provides much-needed recreational opportunities for youth and families in West Courtenay.
Gladstone Brewing Company
Gladstone Brewing stepped up to support our emergency fundraiser, showing what it means to be a true community partner. Their support helps us continue serving and strengthening our community!
